History

Wollongong Showground (known under naming rights as WIN Stadium) is a stadium located in the Wollongong city centre. It is primarily used for rugby league as a home ground of the St. George Illawarra Dragons in the National Rugby League (NRL). The stadium opened in 1912, hosting numerous sports including soccer and greyhound racing, with it today primarily hosting rugby league.
